Today we are going to talk about the spray dryer after rake dryer and compressed air dryer. We mainly introduce the working principle and characteristics of spray dryer. Spray dryer is one kind of continuous pressure dryer. The liquid is sprayed into a mist by special equipment to make it dry with hot air. It is used for drying some heat-sensitive liquids, suspensions and viscous liquids, such as milk, eggs, tannins, and medicines. It is also used in dry fuels, intermediates, soap powder and inorganic salts.
The spray dryer works by filtering and heating the air, entering the air distributor at the top of the dryer, and the hot air spirals into the drying chamber. A high speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower body is sprayed into a very fine mist of droplets, which can be dried into a finished product in a very short period of time with hot air and flow. The finished product is continuously exported from the drying tower bottom and cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is emptied by the fan.

7. Material collection adopts two-stage cyclone dust removal device, or first-level cyclone dust collector and wet dust collector;
8. Automatic control and continuous device for inlet temperature;
9. Equipped with pneumatic sweeping device.
