The working principle and classification of cold drying machine.

Using the refrigerant heat exchange with compressed air, compressed air temperature drop to 2 ~ 10 ℃ range of dew point temperature, water content in the compressed air to super saturated state, so as to remove the moisture in compressed air (water vapor) and the filter function. Low pressure dew point can be obtained when compressed air is high in pressure, low in temperature, low in ambient temperature and handling air volume. Atmospheric pressure dew point can only achieve - 17 ℃.

Classification of refrigerating machine

The cold drying machine is divided into two types: air-cooled and water-cooled.

According to the inlet temperature high low high temperature air intake (below 80 ℃) and room temperature air inlet (45 ℃ or so);

According to the working pressure, there are common type (0.3-1.0mpa) and medium and high pressure (1.2mpa).

In addition, many special specifications of the cold drying machine can be used to deal with non-air medium, such as carbon dioxide, hydrogen gas, gas, blast furnace gas, nitrogen, etc.
