As we all know, the cold drying machine is to freeze the principle work, so the refrigeration system is very important to the equipment operation of the cold dry machine.
1, the refrigeration compressor in a refrigeration system, is the power source of the frozen type person and the heart, the operation of the refrigeration compressor characteristic: the refrigerating capacity of the refrigeration compressor with its operating mode (i.e., evaporating temperature, condensing temperature) are closely related. The same compressor (R22) on the working condition of air conditioning cold (t = 5 ℃ evaporate, t = 40 ℃) than in the standard operating conditions (t = 15 ℃, evaporate t cold = ℃) under refrigerating capacity can be twice as large as the left and right sides. The evaporation temperature is low, and the refrigerant is less. The condensing temperature is high and the compressor has less refrigeration. Therefore, it is not economical to try to reduce the "pressure dew point" of compressed air by reducing the evaporation temperature of the dryer. To ensure the reliable and stable use of the product, avoid the leakage of the compressor, the high quality refrigeration compressor should be selected.
2. If the air-cooled chiller is selected, it must be noted that the ambient temperature should not be too high, and there should not be too much dust in the air, so as to ensure the ventilation in the vent. If choose water cooling type cold drying machine, must ensure water source cannot have too much impurities and dirt, if not good quality should consider installing water quality filter.
