1. The evaporator

Evaporator is the main heat transfer components, person who squeeze air forced cooling in the evaporator, which big local cooling water vapor condense into liquid water discharge closed, so that tightening the air get boring. Low pressure refrigerant liquid, in the evaporator phase change into a low-pressure cold medium steam, in the phase transition process to absorb heat, so that the tightening air temperature.

2. Thermal shrinkage valve (capillary)

Thermal shrinkage valve (capillary) is the throttle body of refrigeration system. In the cold dryer, the supply of evaporator refrigerant and its adjuster are completed by the throttle body. Throttling mechanism allows refrigeration to enter evaporator from high temperature and high pressure liquid.

3. Refrigeration compressor.

The refrigerating machine is the heart of the refrigeration system, and most of the tightening machines now adopt fully sealed reciprocating compressor. The retractor inhales the refrigerant gas from the evaporator, which is compressed into a high temperature superheated steam, which is then discharged by the exhaust pipe.

4. The condenser

The condenser ACTS as a liquid refrigerant to cool the high-pressure, superheated and refrigerant vapor from the refrigerant compressor, and its heat is carried away by cooling water or cooling air. The process of refrigeration can be interrupted intermittently.
